  • Once your order is placed, we’ll text your student the day before delivery to find a time that fits their schedule. We meet them outside their dorm or apartment to personally hand them their basket.

    For safety and security, we don’t enter residence halls or leave gifts at doors. Every basket is delivered directly into your student’s hands because that’s part of what makes Love Delivered different. It’s more than a delivery, it’s a little piece of home, delivered with heart.

  • We accept most major credit cards, ACH, PayPal and Apple Pay.

  • We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for every delivery but we also know life happens and sometimes you need to send a little love in a hurry!

    We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all orders, but 48-72 hours is preferred.

    Exception is the same day get well basket.

  • Delivery is included in the original price.

  • Yes, there is Saturday delivery available for a $15 surcharge.
